Where did my comment go?? I give this recipe a "has potential" -- I made it with Coconut Milk instead of water/extract, which I think was good. I'm not sure I used enough curry powder, as it was pretty bland. I also substituted sweet potatoes, which was VERY yummy. Bottom line -- needs more flavor, but it's a great mix of chicken, potatoes, and veggies.
